Featured Author Saundra Pelletier 

Saundra Pelletier is a writer, seminar leader and EmpowerMentor, as well as a life coach and an expert on women's healthcare from puberty to menopause. She successfully maneuvered her way from picking potatoes in Caribou, Maine, to living her passion--helping women get the results they desire both personally and professionally. Known for her dynamic leadership, she became a successful business executive by playing and winning the corporate game. She has fourteen years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where she rapidly rose to leadership positions and successfully launched pharmaceutical brands all over the world.

At Searle Laboratories, Saundra served as global new business director and leader for international franchises and accounted for $250 million in revenue. She nearly tripled sales as vice president of pharmaceuticals for Women First HealthCare, a NASDAQ-listed specialty pharmaceutical company. In addition, she has conducted significant quantitative and qualitative market research on women's issues.

Saundra earned her bachelor of science degree in business, with a concentration in marketing, from Husson College in Bangor, Maine, where in 2001 she became the youngest inductee into the Husson College Hall of Fame. She also holds an associate degree in business communication from the New England School of Broadcasting in Bangor. She is certified as a life and career coach by the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, California, as well as a Level III Y.O.U. Practitioner. For the past ten years she has helped numerous clients live their lives in a deliberate and purposeful way.

She is a member of Team Women, the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance, Women's Global Network, the National Organization for Women, National Association of Women Business Owners and Business Mastery Network.

Saundra lives with her husband and son in Encinitas, California.
